Bettoja Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio - Rome

Restaurant staff and receptiondesk was very friendly helpfull, lent me their own laptop charger, etc, in restaurant i was spoiled.

No free wifi, breakfast was basic, gym is in other hotel, room and bed of standard room is very small, I asked for bigger room but they only had 2 single beds, electric points not suitable for plug of laptop (which requires an earthed socket)

Lots of food for the continental breakfast. Quiet bed in the king room, plus a separate wardrobe, complementary tea and coffee. Marvellous and fab location an easy walk to Via Cavour Thoroughfare. Only 10 min walk to downtown...

Everything was well-maintained - fabulous rooms and enjoyable breakfasts. Quiet beds, a separate closet, free tea, and coffee in the room. Amazing views of the city. Very obliging and obliging staff onsite.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and the staff was very friendly. I particularly appreciated the help with my bags after checkout, allowing me to enjoy my last day comfortably.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to metro and Termini station. Even though hotel is on the busy street there is little noise in the room. Our room was not so big but that is ok.

We stayed there for 3 nights and for all that time we got only 2 soap bars. For 4 * hotel this is a serious omission.

Good location as its very near the train and bus terminal.

Room is small even for a double.Toilet smell of choked drain until they blocked off the drain hole.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the pleasant staff and its proximity to the areas we wanted to visit plus the proximity of the station which was very near but still out of the seedy area

Clean rooms with all the conveniences.

A/C was not working (maybe due to spring). Breakfast spread was limited & same throughout the week. Could hear people walking & talking along the corridor, pulling luggages!! Sound insulation was bad.

Clean sheets and towels every day.comfortable mattress. Excellent bathroom,recently renovated.very good breakfast.next to termini (metro, bus, train).

View to aν other building's terrace. Antique furniture (bed, bedside, table, chair) in the room may look nice in photos but seemed like it was going to break, still we didn't have any problem.

As a web designer I have visited many hotels worldwide for business. Bettoja Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed and has great and kind stuff.

I really like the hotel and services from the hotel. Staff was very co-operative and room was also good.

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room and nice bathroom. Enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge and the breakfast spread was delightful. Just a heads up, the bed didn't have a backrest, which made reading a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The location was good. Just about one block from Rome Termine station. It was very quiet in the room because they had double windows and double doors. Overall it was comfortable stay.

The room was much smaller than what I expected from the picture. Small breakfast room easily get crowded.
